feat(saleor): Phase 5 - Remove WooCommerce

- Remove @woocommerce/woocommerce-rest-api dependency
- Delete src/lib/woocommerce.ts
- Delete src/stores/cartStore.ts (replaced by saleorCheckoutStore)
- Clean up package.json dependencies
- Project now fully migrated to Saleor GraphQL API
