refactor(k8s): use pre-built GHCR image instead of building in pod

- Remove init containers (clone, install, build)
- Use ghcr.io/unchainedio/manoon-headless:latest image
- Faster pod startup, less resource usage
- Image built by GitHub Actions on push to master
